가짜뉴스 등에 강력한 대응을 공지한 바 있으며
수사기관을 통한 선처 없는 법적대응을 진행하고 있습니다.

소속 아티스트들에 대해 ‘사재기 루머 및 악의적인 비방,
모욕적인 악플 등 근거 없는 허위사실을 유포, 인신공격,
명예훼손 가해자 다수가 실형, 벌금형을 받았고
그 밖의 가해자들도 계속해서 조사를 받고 있음에도

이런 행위가 근절되지 않고 오히려 그 수위가 더욱 높아짐에 따라
우디(Woody), 포맨(4MEN), 김연지를 포함한 소속 아티스트에 대한
특정 음악사이트, 동영상 사이트, SNS 및 커뮤니티의
악의적의 의도를 가진 왜곡된 비난, 허위사실 유포, 악플, 가짜뉴스에 대해
추가 고소장 접수를 결정하였습니다.

당사는 장기간동안 계속된 온라인상의 악의적인 비방,
확인되지 않은 허위사실 유포. 아티스트의 명예 훼손에 해당하는 글들로
소속아티스트와 팬 여러분들이 정신적인 고통을 겪어온 만큼
법적 대응 대상이 된 경우, 그 어떤 선처와 합의도 없을 것이며
계속해서 강력하게 법적 조치를 취할 것입니다.

First of all, we deeply appreciate all fans who
constantly send their love and support on the artists of MAJOR9.
⠀
Since 2019, our company has officially notified of strong confrontation
against fake news, online haters, defamation,
and spreading false information hardly confirmed,
and evil criticism on our artists to protect them and their reputation,
and in accordance, the company has proceeded
a legal action with investigatory agency, with no leniency.

Despite the fact that a number of the defendants of defamation, personal insults,
spreading false information unsupported by evidence, online haters and
evil criticism and hoarding have been sentenced of imprisonment and penalties,
and that many more defendants are still on investigation,

such illegal actions have not been eradicated but have continually been enhanced,
and thus, the company has decided to file additional complaints on
the distorted criticism, spreading of false information, online haters,
and fake news about our artists including Woody, 4MEN, and Kim Yeon Ji
being shared on a specific music sites, video sites, SNS and community.

Since our artists and fans, for a long time, have mentally suffered
from those articles to defame the artists and
to spread false information and evil criticism, being published online,
our company will continually pursue a strong legal action
against the accused, with no leniency and settlement.
